What EntryRadar does

EntryRadar observes a public scheduling interface and presents or alerts on appointment availability that matches user settings. It can open the official Trusted Traveler Programs website in Safari view. EntryRadar does not log in, fill government forms, reserve an appointment, or act on your behalf.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for eligibility, account security, verifying an opening in your official account, and completing all booking actions on the official website. Never send EntryRadar support a password, application number, passport number, or other travel-document information.

Availability and accuracy

Appointment openings can disappear quickly. Public interfaces, connectivity, Apple push delivery, time zones, and device settings can delay or prevent an alert. Historical heatmaps describe past observations and do not predict or guarantee future openings. No appointment or time saving is guaranteed.

Safety pause

If a public response changes shape or cannot be validated, EntryRadar may pause monitoring and notifications. A remote safety switch may also disable alerts and display service information. This fail-closed behavior is intended to avoid sending incorrect appointment details.

Purchases

EntryRadar Pro is a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase handled by Apple. It is not a subscription. The live price and transaction terms shown by Apple control. Restore Purchases is available in the app. Refund requests are handled under Apple’s policies; see Purchase help.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the service, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer private security controls, inject false appointment data, or use the service to collect other users’ information. EntryRadar may disable an anonymous installation that threatens service reliability or violates these terms.

Changes and termination

The public interface may become unavailable or require authentication in the future. EntryRadar may change, pause, or discontinue monitoring when it can no longer operate safely or lawfully. Material policy updates will be reflected by an updated effective date.
