Privacy Policy

EntryRadar is designed without an account system, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking. This policy explains the limited data needed to operate appointment monitoring and Apple push notifications.

Data we process

• Anonymous installation identifiers: a random device-level identifier, an installation secret stored as a one-way server hash, the Apple Push Notification service token, and APNs environment.
• Monitor settings: selected program and public enrollment-center identifiers, date thresholds, quiet hours, active status, locale, and time zone.
• Purchase status: for EntryRadar Pro, an Apple-signed transaction is verified. The service stores a hash of the original transaction identifier and the resulting entitlement state.
• Operational records: matching/delivery state needed for deduplication and rate limits, plus public appointment observations used for the 90-day heatmap.

How data is used

Data is used only to register an anonymous installation, save monitor settings, match public openings, deliver alerts and daily summaries, provide purchase entitlements, prevent duplicate or excessive messages, and keep the monitoring service safe and reliable.

Tracking and sharing

EntryRadar does not use data for advertising or marketing, does not combine it with third-party data, and does not sell data. The app contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDK. Apple processes StoreKit purchases and push delivery under Apple’s own terms. The official booking website is opened in Safari view; EntryRadar does not receive credentials entered there.

Network addresses

The service’s reverse proxy may process a network address temporarily in memory to enforce security rate limits. The supplied production configuration disables request access logs and does not forward the address to the EntryRadar application service.

Retention and deletion

Anonymous installation and monitor records are retained while needed to provide monitoring. Operational delivery and public-observation history is periodically pruned; the service retains enough public history to provide the 90-day heatmap and safety deduplication. Apple may invalidate a push token, after which alerts to that token are disabled.

You may stop monitoring in the app at any time. To request deletion of the anonymous installation record, email wuyuxai@gmail.com. Do not include a government-program username, password, application number, or travel-document information.

Security and service changes

Installation secrets are hashed on the service, transport uses HTTPS in production, and public appointment responses are validated before matching. If the public scheduling interface cannot be validated, alerts pause rather than sending an unverified opening.

Children

EntryRadar is a travel utility for people managing their own Trusted Traveler Programs interview. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

EntryRadar is not affiliated with CBP, DHS, or the U.S. government. It reads the same public scheduling interface any visitor can open, and it never signs in to a government account on your behalf.
