Restore a purchase

In EntryRadar, open Settings → Restore purchase. You can also open Settings → Lifetime access → Restore purchase. Use the Apple Account that originally purchased EntryRadar Pro.

If the product or price does not load

Confirm that the device has internet access, then use the on-screen “Try again” action. The purchase button remains disabled until StoreKit returns the product and Apple’s localized price. EntryRadar does not substitute a hard-coded price.

Pending or cancelled purchases

A cancelled purchase does not unlock Pro. A pending Apple transaction remains pending until Apple completes or rejects it; do not purchase repeatedly. Return to the app later or use Restore purchase after Apple completes the transaction.

Refunds

Apple processes the transaction and refund request. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to review Apple purchase options. A verified refund or revocation removes the EntryRadar Pro entitlement.
